EARLY VOTING PASSES 50 PERCENT TURNOUT; FRIDAY LAST DAY TO VOTE EARLY

  

Over half of all Washington County’s registered voters have turned out, with one day of early voting remaining.

Elections Administrator Carol Jackson says 827 people came out on Thursday, bringing the voter total to 13,236.

With there being 25,731 registered voters in Washington County, overall participation is now at 51 percent.

The Washington County Courthouse Annex will be open today (Friday) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for early voting. 

After today, anyone who has not voted will need to wait until Election Day on Tuesday and head to their designated polling location.
