BURLESON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT RETURNS INDICTMENTS

  

The 21^st District Court in Burleson County returned indictments on individuals during the latest Grand Jury session on Thursday.

Indictments include:

25-year-old Blake Ryan Botkin of Rocksprings for 18 counts of Possession of Child Pornography

42-year-old Buster Lee Pampell of Somerville for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a second-degree felony.

54-year-old Jose Guadalupe Mendoza Tirado of Bryan for Driving While Intoxicated Three or More Offenses

21-year-old Dusty Lynn Ochoa of Somerville for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a third degree felony

48-year-old Demetrius Lanear Mitchell of Caldwell for Evading Arrest or Detention With a Vehicle, and Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with the Intent to Impair, both are third degree felonies that were enhanced to second degree felonies

31-year-old Andrew Sam of Somerville, 34-year-old Stephanie Soto of La Vernia, 26-year-old Cynthia Ruth Ricarte, and 48-year-old Toby Lee Evans of Milano for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a State Jail Felony

33-year-old Nikki Lee Spitzer of Brenham for Theft From Person, a State Jail Felony

20-year-old Destiny Rae Miles of Pflugerville for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

48-year-old Nathan Landon Kunz of Georgetown for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle

30-year-old Ryan Thomas Ramirez of Lyons for Theft From Person, a Third Degree Felony that was Enhanced to a Second Degree Felony

29-year-old Seth Wayne Duncan of Caldwell for two counts of Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Convictions
