CHAPPELL HILL MAN ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA
A Chappell Hill man was arrested Thursday on Marijuana charges.
Brenham Police report that Thursday night at 10:40, Officer Brayten Rolling conducted a traffic stop in the 2500 block of South Day Street on a vehicle for defective tail-lamp. While speaking to the driver, Kendrick Lattimore, 33 of Chappell Hill, Officer Rolling detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. Officer Rolling conducted probable cause search and located marijuana inside the vehicle. Lattimore was placed in custody and transported him to the Washington County Jail where he was booked for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2oz.
