NARCOTICS SEARCH WARRANT LEADS TO THREE ARRESTS IN GRIMES CO.
Three people were arrested by the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office after a search warrant operation in Plantersville.
The sheriff’s office says its tactical and containment team executed a search warrant on Thursday at a residence off of Mossy Knoll Drive.
Team members found three people at the residence, including the target of their search. They also found and recovered 178 grams of methamphetamine, 3.7 grams of amphetamine pills, 3.6 grams of Xanax, 11.3 grams of Hydrocodone, 3.8 grams of crack cocaine and 3 oz. of marijuana.
The three occupants, identified as Johnny Figueroa, Morgan Kiser and Sarah Murphy, were all arrested and booked into the Grimes County Jail.
Figueroa was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a first degree felony; three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, ranging from Class A misdemeanor to second degree felony; and Possession of Marijuana 2-4 oz., a Class A misdemeanor.
Kiser was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony. Murphy was found to have an active warrant out of Harris County for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a third degree felony.
