BRENHAM CHORALE TO PRESENT CHRISTMAS CONCERT DEC. 9
The Brenham Chorale invites the public to its annual Christmas concert.
The chorale, under the direction of Dr. Joanne Clark, will present “Messiah” by George Frederick Handel on Monday, December 9th. The free concert will be held at 7 p.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 2310 Airline Drive in Brenham.
Featured will be a professional string quartet, trumpet and soloists from the area. The choir is made up of singers from seven area churches.
Besides the Christmas portion of “Messiah”, several movements from the Easter portion will also be presented.
A reception will be held following the concert. Free will donations will be accepted.
