WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 24

  

The Washington County Grand Jury met this week and returned 24 indictments.

27-year-old Derek Paul Klehm of Brenham, indicted on 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

44-year-old Juan A. Lopez Jr. of Brenham, for Arson. 

21-year-old Joseph White of Cypress, for Burglary of a Habitation.

57-year-old John Felder of Brenham, for Assault of a Peace Officer/Judge and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

17-year-old Rachel Michelle Harrison of Brenham, for Attempting to Take a Weapon from an Officer.

44-year-old Margarita Gamboa of Brenham, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Money Laundering $2,500 - $30,000.

31-year-old Carolyn Howard of Brenham, for Injury to a Child.

41-year-old Jeremiah Dayton Dean of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction.

43-year-old Dietric Aundra Ford of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

47-year-old Freddie Mitchell Hampton Jr. of Somerville, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance were 37-year-old Yosry Aly of Washington, D.C., 21-year-old Jacob Isac Bennefield of Manor, 26-year-old Miguel Angel Bustos of Brenham, 22-year-old Darick Eugene Henderson Jr. of Navasota, 26-year-old Preston John Spangle of Brenham, 37-year-old Matthew Sundholm of Lago Vista, and 31-year-old Darius Ladre Wilson of Houston.

The following person was previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and has since been arrested, so the name can now be released:

36-year-old Andrew Garrett Preuss of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
