BRENHAM PD ARRESTS FOUR SUNDAY, INCLUDING ONE PERSON TWICE

  

Four people were arrested by Brenham police on Sunday, including one person who was arrested twice in the span of just over 12 hours.

Shortly after 4 a.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Lauraine Street in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, investigation revealed a victim had been assaulted.  The suspect, 65-year-old Dylan Wayne Flenoy of Brenham, was booked in at the Washington County Jail for Continuous Violence Against the Family.

Then around 6:15 p.m., police were called back out to the 1600 block of Lauraine Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle.  After investigation, Flenoy was again taken into custody, this time for Violation of a Protective Order.  He was taken to the Washington County Jail.

Also on Sunday, at 6:45 a.m., Officer Garrett Downs conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Highway 290 West.  Investigation revealed that the driver, 54-year-old Sharon Cagnolatti of Kingwood, showed an active warrant out of Harris County for Theft.  She was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.

Around 3 p.m., Officer Downs was dispatched to the 800 block of Hosea Street for a disturbance.  After investigation, two individuals, identified as 25-year-old Essence Clark of Brenham and 24-year-old Keosha Moore of Brenham, were charged with Disorderly Conduct – Obscene Language and booked in at the Washington County Jail.
