BRENHAM MCJROTC DOMINATES AT DAYTON DRILL COMPETITION
The Brenham High School MCJROTC continued its outstanding string of performances this past weekend at the annual Dayton Drill Meet.
Competing against 19 schools, Brenham placed in the top 3 in every event and finished as the first place unarmed drill team and second place armed drill team.
Brenham secured first place in unarmed inspection, exhibition and regulation, as well as armed inspection and color guard. Students earned second place in unarmed color guard and armed regulation. They finished third place in armed exhibition.
In addition, Valeria Alfaro was named best unarmed commander.
Brenham will wrap up its regular season with a meet at McKinney High School on February 8th, followed by national qualifiers.
