CUBETTES FINISH OUT SEASON WITH LOSS TO LAKE CREEK
The season came to an end last (Tuesday) night for the Brenham Cubette Basketball Team as they lost to Lake Creek 55-29.
Brenham finished seventh in district with an 0-12 record.
Meanwhile, A&M Consolidated beat Huntsville 51-41 to capture the District 17-5A Championship. Huntsville finishes in second place.
College Station, who had a bye, is the third place team.
Bryan Rudder defeated Montgomery 50-43. Rudder will be the fourth place team.
