THREE SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Three people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st District Court before Judge Carson Campbell.
23-year-old Tavius Davon Clark of Brenham, sentenced to 9 months in state jail for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, a state jail felony.
22-year-old Jayron Jahium Andrews of Brenham, sentenced to 6 years’ probation for Aggravated Assault Causing Bodily Injury, a second degree felony. Andrews was also fined $1,500 and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service.
34-year-old Sean Watson of Copperas Cove, sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, a third degree felony. He must also pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service. In addition, Watson was sentenced to 3 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony. For that charge, he must also complete a drug offender education program.
