WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HAVE LENGTHY AGENDA FOR TUESDAY
The Washington County Commissioners Court has a lengthy agenda for their next meeting on Tuesday morning.
The Commissioners are scheduled to hear a presentation of the Feasibility Report for the Washington County ATS Building for the intended use of record storage and offices.
They will then be acting on the approval to enter into the design phase of the facility and authorize County Judge John Durrenberger to negotiate the amendment to the contract.
Commissioners are also going to act on the approval of a contract with Phoenix I Restoration for Courthouse Life Safety Repairs.
In addition to that, they have three items regarding the Washington County Expo.
These items include approving a resolution expressing support for the creation of a Project Financing Zone to benefit the Washington County Expo as a Designated Project Site,
approve an agreement with Plan North Architecture for engineering, architectural, and site planning services as relates to projects at the Expo,
and an agreement for professional services with Hodde & Hodde Land Surveying for projects related to the Washington County Expo site.
The meeting closes with a workshop session which includes a discussion with Strategic Government Resources related to the strategic plan for Washington County.
The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
