TIME TO ‘SPRING FORWARD’ ON SUNDAY FOR DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME
Daylight Saving Time returns this weekend.
Effective tomorrow (Sunday) at 2 a.m., time will jump ahead one hour, meaning everyone will “spring forward”.
For most people, the time change will lead to them losing an hour of sleep. It also means the sun will rise later in the morning and set later in the evening.
Many electronic devices will automatically adjust to the new time, but some clocks and appliances will need to be set manually.
Daylight Saving Time continues until the first Sunday in November, which this year will be November 2nd.
