WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 20
The Washington County Grand Jury met this week and returned 20 indictments. Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:
67-year-old Karl Jay Figgs of Brenham, indicted for Arson (Habitation).
32-year-old Diondrick DeShawn Thomas of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
26-year-old Daniel Joel Hurtado of Brenham, for Assault Family Violence with Previous Conviction.
19-year-old Asher Douglas James of New Ulm and 19-year-old Tristan Newt Tacker of Sealy, both indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
55-year-old Curtis Lynn Walker of Houston, for Injury to a Disabled Individual.
47-year-old Lee Roger Sierra of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.
17-year-old Keaydon Dominick London of Houston and 17-year-old Deedrick Gerard Reese Jr. of Brenham, both for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.
36-year-old Luther O’Neal Ragston III of Brenham, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.
The following person was previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and has since been arrested, so the name can now be released:
19-year-old Juan Andrade-Rojas of Bryan, for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items.
