The regional spelling bee will take place at Houston Community College’s West Houston Institute, 2811 Hayes Road, Building C. Check-in begins at 9 a.m., and the spelling bee starts at 10 a.m.
The top three spellers from the regional spelling bee will move on to the Scripps National Spelling Bee to be held in the Washington, D.C. area in May.
