BRENHAM POLICE ARREST LOCAL WOMAN ON SEVERAL WARRANTS

A Brenham woman was booked into jail by Brenham police on Tuesday for multiple warrants.
Around 12:15 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of Hasskarl Drive in reference to a warrant service.
31-year-old Shawndreka Barnes was taken into custody for four active warrants, including two counts of Expired Driver’s License; Driving While License Invalid; and Injury to a Child, Elderly or Disabled Individual with Intent to Cause Bodily Injury.
Barnes was transported to the Washington County Jail.
