WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET TUESDAY
The Washington County Commissioners Court will be meeting in Special Session this coming Tuesday.
Among the items on the agenda is the approval of appointments to the Homeland Security Advisory Committee.
The committee would consist of Washington County Precinct 1 Commissioner Misti Hartstack Corn, Blinn College Police Chief John Chancellor, Washington County EMS Director Kevin Deramus, Washington County Citizen Larry Neveux, Washington County Emergency Management Coordinator Bryan Ruemke, Washington County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Sgt. Jesus Montes, Brenham Police Sgt. Steven Eilert, Mark Pennybacker with Washington County Citizens Patrol, Brenham Fire Chief Mark Donovan, and Assistant Chief David Cella.
Other agenda items include the presentation of the quarterly report from the Washington County Office of Emergency Management.
They will also be issuing a proclamation recognizing April as Child Abuse Awareness Month.
The Washington County Commissioners Court meets on Tuesday at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
