AREA STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR UIL STATE TRACK MEET

Several students from area high schools have qualified for the UIL State Track Meet, which is being held May 1-3 at Mike Myers Stadium in Austin.

The 3A and 4A events will be held on May 1, the 2A and 5A events will be held on May 2, and the 1A and 6A events will be held on May 3.

Here is a list of the state qualifiers from the area. To qualify for state, they had to finish first or second in their respective event at the Regional Meets that were held this past weekend.
