BRENHAM REALTOR AWARDS 3RD ANNUAL ROUND OF STUDENT-ATHLETE SCHOLARSHIPS

  

Five Brenham student-athletes have been awarded scholarships from a local realtor.

Eric Benitez of Cedar Frame Real Estate presented $500 scholarships to Brenham High School students Brett Campbell, Liliana Gonzales, Issac Powell, Cyani Stewart and Justin Wiens.

To qualify for the scholarships, students had to maintain a 3.0 grade point average, provide two letters of recommendation and write an essay detailing their past achievements and future goals.

Benitez congratulated the five students on their high school career, saying they “have excelled on and off the field demonstrating their commitment towards their future, and their accomplishments do not go unnoticed.”
