MARGARITA FEST SATURDAY IN DOWNTOWN CALDWELL

A fiesta is coming to downtown Caldwell tomorrow (Saturday) with the 4th Annual Margarita Fest.

From 1 to 5 p.m., visitors to the downtown square can sample over 10 types of margaritas while shopping at local businesses.

There will also be a salsa contest for anyone with a tasty salsa recipe to share, as well as the Tapville Mobile Taproom’s 16-tap wall.

Ricky Montijo and the Aggieland Mariachis will provide entertainment all afternoon, and there will be performances by the Ballet Folklórico Los Altos de Jalisco dance group.

Entry for the margarita tastings is $20 and includes a sample-sized margarita glass.  Glasses can be picked up at The Humble Life patio at 100 South Echols Street, along with a map of all participating locations.

Attendees can scan the QR code on their map to vote for their favorite margaritas.  Every voter will be entered into a drawing for a prize basket.
