BRENHAM CUB BASEBALL SEASON ENDS IN BI-DISTRICT ROUND OF PLAYOFFS

After a lengthy delay last night, the Brenham Cubs and Kingwood Park played late into the night for Game 2 of their Bi-District series. The Brenham Cubs got the scoring started with a run in the 2nd inning. Kingwood Park would plate 2 runs in the 4th to take the lead, but Brenham would tie things up in next inning. However, in the bottom of the 5th Brenham would give up 6 runs to Kingwood Park to make it an 8-2 lead. Kingwood Park added another run in the 6th, but Brenham was not able to mount a comeback. The Brenham Cubs finish the season 18-13-1.
