BRENHAM PD ARRESTS NAVASOTA WOMAN FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA & CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
A Navasota woman faces marijuana and controlled substance charges after her arrest Thursday night by Brenham police.

Shortly before 11:45 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Becker Drive.
Police say their investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 49-year-old Holly Smith, was in possession of a controlled substance and marijuana.
Smith was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, Less Than a Gram, and Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.
