BLINN BOARD SWEARS IN RETURNING TRUSTEES, ELECTS BOARD OFFICERS

  

The Blinn Board of Trustees met Tuesday to swear in three returning members and elect new officers.

Trustees Richard O’Malley, Jim Kolkhorst and Dennis Crowson received the oath of office for new six-year terms for At-Large Positions 1-3.

After the swearing-in ceremony, the board elected Allison Bentke to serve a two-year term as chair.  Randy Wells was selected as vice-chair and Rebecca Ehlert was chosen as secretary.

Following the election of officers, Bentke and Chancellor Dr. Mary Hensley presented Kolkhorst with a plaque recognizing his four years of service as board chair.
