The question I have is this: I am unsure as to whether or not the individuals who might be suspected of being ‘illegals’ or ‘undocumented aliens’ are researched and vetted after their arrests. It seems that over the last year or so, certainly a few of the persons arrested MIGHT be undocumented or illegals. If that is the case, then are these people charged and then turned over to ICE and sent to a camp before they are quickly deported? It seems as though no one wants to answer this question (or can answer the question), so I’m just looking for some information from those who know for certain.
I had an auto accident a while back the other driver was at fault and was also an Illegal, so he had no car insurance and no Drivers license, I asked the police officer “what will happen to him and How will I get my truck paid for as it was totaled”? His answer to me was ” Oh your insurance will have to cover it and once the guy that hit you leaves here today you will never be able to find him or see him again” He was correct. My insurance paid for my truck, causing my rates to increase and the guy who hit me got away with no consequences.
I’ve read this story a few times and find no mention of immigration status? Why, may I ask, do you pose this question here? Is it because 5 of the 10 mentioned in this article are Hispanic? If you really want to ask “those who know for certain”, ask the Sheriff’s Office or arresting agency, not the organization that is publishing the press release. Or better yet, do a FOIA request. What is reported here is only what is in the press release.
