BRENHAM RC AIRPLANE CLUB COMMUNITY APPRECIATION DAY SATURDAY

  

The Brenham Remote Control Airplane Club is hosting a free community appreciation day this weekend.

The club, located at 2080 Old Navasota Road, will open on Saturday at 10 a.m. for a day of family-friendly activities. 

Guests will be able to try their hand at flying a remote control airplane.  Instructors will be on hand for first-time flyers, and planes will be provided.

The club will also have its virtual reality flight simulator available for flights with a first-person view. 

Free lunch will be offered, and Ken Brothers will provide live music.

Limited seating is available, so visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
