MURDER SUSPECT AMONG 13 INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY

  

Thirteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

Among those were 56-year-old Laura Elie, indicted for murder.  Elie was arrested by the Austin County Sheriff’s Office on March 19th, following the execution of a search warrant at a property in the 16500 block of Sycamore Road in Cat Spring.

Others indicted include:

28-year-old Martin Rivera, for two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. 

31-year-old Hugo Moya-Campos, for Possession of Child Pornography.

44-year-old Cristen Marie Davis, for Robbery and Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

35-year-old Isaac Young, for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Other Felony.

23-year-old Cesilio Joelee Reyes, for Burglary of a Habitation.

29-year-old Delmy Huerta-Arambula and 38-year-old Joshua Sanchez, both for Money Laundering $2,500 - $30,000. 

23-year-old Nicolas Yanez, for Theft of a Firearm.

76-year-old Don Wilson Hallmark, for Attempt to Commit Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.

35-year-old Shawn Glenn Brotherton, 32-year-old Christopher Collen Jennings and 56-year-old Roy Vela, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
