The Washington County Healthy Living Association (WCHLA) is receiving support from another local organization.
Members of the Washington County Ladies Lions Club presented a $500 donation to the WCHLA during the club’s monthly meeting on Monday.
The donation is in recognition of the WCHLA’s efforts in providing meals and support to local seniors at the Margaret E. Blizzard Senior Activity Center. Members of the club assist at the center in serving meals and hosting other activities.
