BRENHAM POLICE SERVE THEFT WARRANTS, MAKE ARREST FOR INVALID LICENSE
Brenham police served warrants Wednesday on one Houston resident and arrested another on invalid license charges.
Close to 7:15 a.m., officers responded to the Washington County Jail, 1206 Old Independence Road, for a warrant service. 51-year-old Jennifer Huery of Houston was served with two Class C Theft warrants out of Brenham Municipal Court.
At 8 a.m., Officer Ramon Torres conducted a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Highway 290 West. The driver, 42-year-old Brandon Jason Williams of Houston, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Washington County for Driving While License Invalid and was also charged with Driving While License Invalid – Enhanced. He was transported to the Washington County Jail.
