FIVE SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Five people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st District Court before Judge John Winkelmann.
35-year-old Jessa Lynn Coke of Tomball, sentenced to 2 years in prison for Assault of a Public Servant, a third degree felony.
36-year-old Anthony Lee Vela of Brenham, probation revoked and sentenced to 6 months in state jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony. Vela was also fined $500.
39-year-old Craig Allen Marcum of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a second degree felony. Marcum was also ordered to pay $180 in restitution, perform 100 hours of community service, spend 145 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation and complete a drug offender education program.
62-year-old Morris Lee McCulloch of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More, a third degree felony. McCulloch was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and $100 to the EMS Trauma Fund, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
18-year-old Damien Drake Fullen of Brenham, sentenced to 163 days in the Washington County Jail for Burglary of a Building, a state jail felony.
