BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING APPROVES RESIDENTIAL REPLAT
The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday approved a request for a residential replat.
The unanimous approval was for Amado and Roni Escobar, Jr. and Ken and Pam Hill, concerning a combined 0.705 acres at 205 Mary Gene Street and 204 McNeese Street. The land is developed with single-family homes.
The property owners desired to increase the size of the one of the lots, which prompted the replat request. With the commission’s approval, the new lot sizes will be 0.493 acres and 0.212 acres.
