BURTON ISD HOSTS ‘MEET THE TEACHER’, ‘MEET THE PANTHERS’ TO KICK OFF SCHOOL YEAR
Burton ISD is getting ready for a new year, and families and supporters filled the gym on Monday for the annual Meet the Panthers pep rally.
Members of the 2025 Panther and Lady Panther sports teams were introduced, along with their coaches, the cheerleaders, and the Burton Panther Band. Special recognition was given to members of the state-semifinalist Burton Panther baseball team.
The pep rally followed the Meet the Teacher event, where students could visit with their instructors and pick up their schedules.
The first day of classes is tomorrow (Wednesday).
