ACCIDENT, TWO FIRE ALARMS ON MONDAY FOR BRENHAM FD
The Brenham Fire Department responded to three calls on Monday.
Shortly after 5:15 p.m., firefighters were called out to a crash in the 1900 block of West Main Street. They found a two-vehicle accident and proceeded to provide traffic control and help remove debris from the roadway. Once both vehicles were removed, the department was released from the scene.
The department also went out to two fire alarms, one around 3:15 p.m. at a home in the 1800 block of South Chappell Hill Street, and another just past 4 p.m. at the Brenham State Supported Living Center, 4001 Highway 36 South. In both instances, the fire alarm was determined to be malfunctioning.
