BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON FAMILY ASSAULT CHARGE
A Brenham man faces an assault charge after his arrest by local police on Tuesday.

Approaching 12:15 p.m., Brenham police officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of FM 389 in reference to a reported disturbance.
Upon arrival and through investigation, police determined that 39-year-old Victor Jesus Guerrero Madueno had allegedly physically assaulted another person.
Madueno was placed into custody without incident and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for Assault of a Family or Household Member Impeding Breath or Circulation.
