CHAPPELL HILL “AIRING OF THE QUILTS” TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY

  

The Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce is getting ready to host their sixth annual “Airing of the Quilts” this weekend.

The “Airing of the Quilts” takes place tomorrow (Saturday) from 11am to 4pm.

According to Chamber President Joel Romo, visitors will able to see over 70 quilts that are going to be displayed throughout downtown businesses and the Providence Baptist Church.

The historic Rock Store will also be open for visitors to view the historic tapestries there as well.

In addition to that, there will be historic entries, barn quilts, and all of their businesses are going to be open.                                                                                        

There is no admission fee and parking is free of charge.

Romo said that their community, visitors, and quilting enthusiasts from throughout Texas enjoy the annual event, and the Chappell Hill Chamber is proud to host it.
