BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARRESTS FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS, FAILURE TO ID
Brenham police made one arrest on Thursday and another early this (Friday) morning.
Close to 3 p.m. Thursday, Sergeant Jose Perez was dispatched for a criminal trespass call in the 900 block of Petty Street. Upon arrival, police say their investigation revealed that 60-year-old Ignacio Lara of Brenham had an active criminal trespass warning for the property. Lara was placed into custody for Criminal Trespass and taken to the Washington County Jail.
Close to 2:45 a.m. today, Officer Trinten Rolling, Officer Ramon Torres, Officer Ronnie Jackson, Corporal Alex Saenz and a deputy with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 700 block of Medical Parkway in reference to a report of a welfare concern. After further investigation, police took 25-year-old Nadine Ann Garcia of San Antonio into custody on charges of False Statement to Law Enforcement and Failure to ID as a Fugitive with Intent to Give False Information.
