Megan Burch was presented with the Outstanding Assisted Living Manager of the Year Award during the THCA’s 75th Diamond Anniversary Convention and Trade Show.  The award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care for their community, residents and team members.

Burch says she is grateful and appreciative of the honor, and that she and her team at Kruse Village are “devoted to providing residents and families with an enriched senior living experience.”  She says, “I could not do what I do without their skills and support, and I am thankful to have the opportunity to help our residents confidently live their best lives.”

Under Burch’s leadership, Kruse Village has received several awards and recognitions, including a National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) and a Reader’s Choice Award from the Brenham Banner-Press.

Jesse Cowan, regional director of operations at Health Dimensions Group, which manages Kruse Village, says Burch’s presence in the community is “constant and deeply felt” and that she is “never above any task.”  He says he “cannot imagine a more deserving recipient” for this award.
