GERKE, FREDERICK EARN SUPER LAWYERS RECOGNITION
Two Brenham attorneys have been recognized on the 2025 Texas Super Lawyers list.

Chad Gerke of The Gerke Law Firm, PLLC has been selected to the list in the area of Personal Injury Law.
This is the ninth year in a row that Gerke has been named as a Texas Super Lawyer. He was also selected from 2009 to 2011 as a Texas Super Lawyer – Rising Star, highlighting attorneys under the age of 40 and with 10 or fewer years of practice.
Meanwhile, Bart C. Frederick of Moorman Tate, LLP earned the Rising Star designation in the field of Estate and Trust Litigation.

Each year, the Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys from each state. Only 2.5 percent of all lawyers per state are named on the Rising Stars list.
Attorneys are nominated by their peers in-state and are chosen based on a multiphase process, which includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
