The Austin County District Clerk’s Office has released the names of 13 people who were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.
31-year-old Reis Remedious Miranda, indicted for Aggravated Robbery.
37-year-old Yans Tamayo-Quesada, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault of a Family/Household Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.
21-year-old Christian Spiller, for Theft of Property $30,000 - $150,000.
27-year-old Anthony Allen Svatek, for two counts of Assault of a Family/Household Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.
28-year-old Jesse Garcia III and 46-year-old Darris Rayshaun Johnson, both for Theft of Material – Aluminum, Bronze, Copper or Brass Less Than $30,000.
20-year-old Mohammad Naser Sheerzad and 18-year-old Mansoor Ahmad Stanikzai, both for Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000.
29-year-old Celestino Leon Noyola, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1-B, Greater Than 400 Grams.
50-year-old Russell Martinez, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.
40-year-old Becky Ann Barnett, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age.
40-year-old Francisco Guillen-Valerio and 44-year-old Joe Arthur Hernandez, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B, Less Than a Gram.
