SIGN-UPS UNDERWAY FOR BRENHAM HOMECOMING PARADE
Brenham High School has begun accepting entries for the annual Homecoming Parade.
The Homecoming Parade will be held on Wednesday, October 22, through downtown Brenham.
This year’s theme is “Volume 150: Legacy – Then, Now, and Forever,” which coincides with Brenham ISD’s 150th Anniversary.
Parade entries can represent past or present organizations, sports teams, traditions, events, activities, graduating classes, or anything that makes BISD special.
The entries will be judged and winners will be announced during halftime of the Homecoming Football Game between the Brenham Cubs and the Killeen Ellison Eagles on Friday, October 24.
Awards will be given to Most Creative, Most Cub Spirit, Best Brenham ISD Organization, Best Non-Brenham ISD Organization, and Best Overall.
Brenham High School’s art students are hosting a fundraiser as well. If you are not sure what to put on the sign for your entry, the art students will design one for you.
