BRENHAM CUB BAND WINS MULTIPLE AWARDS AT KATY MARCHING FESTIVAL
The Brenham Cub Band took home multiple awards this past Saturday at the 40th Annual Katy Marching Festival.
The festival was held at Legacy Stadium.
Overall, the Cubs Band finished 12th out of 26 bands that participated in the festival.
The majority of the bands in competition were from 6A schools.
Brenham was named the Class 5A Champion by festival judges. Santa Fe High School was the runner-up.
The Cub Band also took home awards in the 5A Division for Outstanding Drum-Line, Outstanding Color Guard, Outstandings Woodwinds, and Outstanding Brass.
