EARLY VOTING TURNOUT DRAWS CLOSE TO 1,000 THROUGH FOUR DAYS
Nearly 1,000 people have voted through four days of early voting in Washington County.
Per Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, Thursday saw 307 voters for the Texas Constitutional Amendment proposals. Of that total, 279 also voted in the Brenham ISD elections.
Through Thursday, 989 people have cast early ballots, including 915 for Brenham ISD.
Early voting at the Washington County Courthouse Annex runs through next Friday, October 31st. Today (Friday), the annex is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. will continue next Monday through Wednesday, with next Thursday and Friday offering hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will not be early voting over the weekend.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th.
