OVER 2,600 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH EIGHT DAYS; EXTENDED HOURS ON THURSDAY & FRIDAY
Wednesday drew the most early voters so far in Washington County, ahead of extended hours offered on the last two days of early voting.
Elections Administrator Carol Jackson reports that 504 people participated on Wednesday for the Texas Constitutional Amendment election. Of those, 453 also voted in the Brenham ISD election.
To this point, 2,635 early voters have cast ballots, including 2,422 for Brenham ISD.
The Washington County Courthouse Annex is open late today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday), with hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The annex will not be open this weekend.
Election Day is Tuesday.
