BRENHAM POLICE ARREST TWO FOR LICENSE INFRACTIONS
Brenham police made two arrests between Friday and early this (Monday) morning on license charges.
At 5 p.m. Friday, Officer Darrell Nunn Jr. was dispatched to the 2600 block of Highway 36 South in reference to a vehicle that was blocking a lane of traffic. The investigation that followed led to the arrest of 19-year-old Cesar A. Lopez Duron of Brenham for two outstanding arrest warrants out of Washington County for No Driver’s License and Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.
Shortly past 2:15 a.m. today, Corporal James Catchings and Officer NaVone Gurley were dispatched to the 500 block of East Sixth Street in reference to a noise complaint. Police say their investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 26-year-old Cedric Miles Jr. of Brenham, had a suspended license. Miles was taken into custody and booked without incident at the Washington County Jail for Driving While License Invalid.
