AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 12

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and released the names of 12 people who were indicted.

27-year-old Andres Montalvo III, indicted for two counts of Sexual Assault.

42-year-old Philip Christopher Innes, for three counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

35-year-old Demetria Sharon Speights and 37-year-old Jasmine Liesha Usher, both for Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000. 

34-year-old Jose Armando Haro, for two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. 

18-year-old Juan David Gutierrez, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse. 

35-year-old Amanda Dawn Carpenter, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

18-year-old Christian Garcia, for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

31-year-old Stephanie Marie Jasek, for Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

26-year-old Donald Wayne Francisco II, for Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair. 

25-year-old Keavon Ward, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

35-year-old Alejandro Urgina, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
