BFD AND EMS RESPOND TO VEHICLE VS. DEER CALL
The Brenham Fire Department responded to the scene of accident on Friday afternoon.
Just before 5:30pm, BFD Units were dispatched to a reported vehicle vs. deer accident on Highway 36 North at Burleson Street.
A unit arrived on the scene to find a vehicle on the side of the roadway with its hazard flashers on.
BFD members checked for injuries, and the driver advised that her head was hurting.
The Washington County EMS arrived on the scene to provide medical treatment.
The Fire Department cleared the scene after the EMS arrived, and returned to service.
