MISSING BRENHAM MAN FOUND SAFE

  

Update @ 8:30 a.m. Tuesday: According to the Amber Alert Network Brazos Valley, the Brenham Police Department reports that Larry Eugene Spates was safely located in another county, approximately 80 miles away.

Original Story at 6 a.m. Tuesday: Local authorities are searching for a missing Brenham man.

77-year-old Larry Eugene Spates has been reported missing to the Brenham Police Department.  He was last seen at approximately 2 a.m. today (Tuesday) in the 600 block of Whitfield Street in Brenham.

Spates is 5’7”, 180 lbs with gray hair and brown eyes.  He could be driving a white 2012 Buick LaCrosse with Texas license plate FBW7638. 

Authorities consider Spates to be in danger of death or serious bodily injury due to medical issues.
