BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSING THC, UNLAWFULLY CARRYING WEAPON
A Brenham man faces controlled substance and weapon possession charges after his arrest by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.
Shortly after 5:15 p.m., Deputy Jacob Faske was dispatched to the Lake Somerville area regarding a welfare concern call. Upon making contact with the subject in question, the deputy reportedly observed that he was armed and had a vape labeled THC in his truck.
25-year-old William Paul Dujka was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
