CUB AND CUBETTE GOLF HOSTED INVITATIONALS OVER THE WEEKEND
It was a busy weekend at the Brenham Country Club as the Cubs and Cubettes hosted their Invitational Tournaments on Friday and Saturday.
On the Girls side, Brenham finished 5th as a team. Raylea Kunkel, who finished fourth overall, had the top score on the team. She shot a 78 and a 73, for a two-day total of 151.
On the Boys side, Brenham actually had two teams in the tournament. The first team finished tied with A&M Consolidated for first place overall. Luke Alford, who finished tied for second place individually, had the top score for the Cubs. Alford shot a 79 and a 73 for a two-day total of 152.
For the second Brenham team, they finished 7th at the tournament. Max Felder, who was 13th overall, had the top score on the team. He shot an 84 and an 81 for a two-day total of 165.
