WASHINGTON CO. COMMISSIONERS TO VOTE ON PURCHASE OF RECORDS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Washington County Commissioners have a lengthy list of items to address at their meeting on Tuesday.
Among the business of note is the potential purchase of Tyler Technologies records management software through the Sourcewell purchasing cooperative, using records management funds.
Commissioners will also vote on adding civil process proficiency certification pay to eligible constable’s office positions and telecommunicators certification pay to eligible positions in the sheriff’s office. Additionally, the court will consider an amendment to the county’s Proficiency Certificate and Incentive Pay (PCIP) program, which establishes incentives for current and incoming law enforcement, corrections and telecommunications officers.
Other items will include:
- Monthly reports from the sheriff's office, county and district clerks, justices of the peace, auditor, tax assessor-collector, treasurer, constables, elections, and veterans service office.
- Accepting the 2024 annual comprehensive financial report from the outside auditing firm, Singleton, Clark & Company, PC.
- Approving an interlocal agreement between the county and the Regional Public Defender Office Local Government Corporation for capital cases.
- Changing the administrator of the non-consent wrecker contract from the Precinct 1 Constable’s Office to the sheriff’s office.
- Approving a resolution to cast votes for election of the Washington County Appraisal District Board of Directors.
- Reading a proclamation declaring December 13th as National Wreaths Across America Day in Washington County.
Commissioners will meet Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the Washington County Courthouse.
