CUBETTE BASKETBALL EARNS NON-DISTRICT WIN OVER BASTROP
Even though they had the bye from District 17-5A play on Friday night, the Brenham Cubette Basketball Team elected to stay busy.
It turned out to be a good decision. The Cubettes went on the road and knocked off the Bastrop Lady Bears in dominating fashion, 56-21.
Sophomore Bri'Ashia Broaden led the way for Brenham with 12 points. She also had two assists and two steals. Junior Daliyah Richard scored ten points to go along with eight rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one blocked shot.

Next up, the Cubettes return to District play tomorrow (Tuesday) night. They will be traveling to Montgomery for a 6:30pm game.
