WILDLIFE AND HABITAT WORKSHOP COMING TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY EXPO CENTER

  

The Texas A&M Agri-Life Extension Office is inviting the public to attend their upcoming “Acres in Action: Wildlife and Habitat” Workshop.

The workshop will be held on Friday, January 30, from 9am-3pm at the Washington County Expo Center at 1305 East Blue Bell Road in Brenham.

Participants can begin checking in that morning at 8:30am.

The workshop is being hosted by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and the extension offices in Waller and Washington Counties.

There is a $20 registration fee. Any registration done after January 26 will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Lunch is going to be provided.

Topics for the workshop include: Wildlife Diseases, Vultures and Predators, Habitat Management for Reptiles and Amphibians, Tree Diseases and Wildlife Habitat, and Grazing and Wildlife.
